SkipTheWaits may be used by businesses to manage customer queues and by customers to join those queues. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and the management of their queues. SkipTheWaits reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Customers joining queues do not need to create an account. By providing your name and contact details, you consent to those being used to manage your queue position and send relevant notifications.
Subscription pricing is as displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required when signing up, but no payment is taken until your trial ends. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
Business subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during your free trial, no payment will be taken. After your trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
SkipTheWaits is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
All content, branding, and software on this platform belong to SkipTheWaits. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
